Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, and applesauce until blended.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  5. Fold in chopped apples.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin and bake for about 28 minutes until golden brown.
