  • 46 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13” baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  4. Spread the sauce evenly over the chicken.
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes to retain moisture.
  6. Remove the foil, add extra cheese if desired, and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.
