  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)

  • 1 1/2 cups very hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk (or non-dairy), melted butter (or oil), and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
