  • 4 large eggs (1 for the batter, 3 for filling)
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter (2 sticks, melted separately)
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare a springform or round cake pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
