Ingredients

  • Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Unsalted butter
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese at the bottom.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter, herbs, salt, black pepper, and garlic base over low heat until the butter melts. Stir in all but 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan.
  4. Slice the potatoes into â…›-inch rounds using a mandoline slicer for even thickness.
