  • 1 box brownie mix (17.8 ounces)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (or equivalent white chocolate bar)
  • 30 mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix brownie ingredients as per package instructions, then bake for 26-31 minutes.
  3. Once cooled, blend brownie scraps with cream cheese in a food processor until smooth.
  4. Roll dough into balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Insert paper straws into each ball and freeze for at least one hour.
  6. Melt white chocolate; dip each pop thoroughly in the melted chocolate.
  7. Drizzle additional melted chocolate on top to create mummy 'bandages' and add mini chocolate chips for eyes.
