  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix dry rub ingredients in a bowl; coat chicken evenly.
  3. In an oven-safe sauté pan, sear chicken until browned on both sides.
