  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and place in a baking dish. Spoon crumbled feta evenly over each breast.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). For a crispy top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
