  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic for about 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
