  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: ¼ cup nutritional yeast (or Parmesan cheese)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
