  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (plus more for dusting)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter (for frying)
