  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (flaky or coarse)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve 2 1/4 teaspoons of instant yeast and 1 tablespoon of honey in 1 cup of warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 cup of olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  5. Spoon the risen dough into the muffin cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Drizzle extra olive oil on top and sprinkle with chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown. Rotate the pan halfway through baking for even cooking.
  8. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
