Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast (or active dry yeast)
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yeast mixture by dissolving yeast and honey in warm water; let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and olive oil with the yeast mixture; stir until you have a sticky dough.
  3. Cover the dough with a towel and allow it to rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  5. Spoon the dough into each muffin cup, filling about ¾ full.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown on top; rotate the pan halfway through baking for even cooking.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
