  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes (if desired).
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top.
  5. Cook on LOW for about 4 hours or HIGH for about 2 hours until the chicken is tender.
  6. Stir in butter during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
