  • 12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken
  • 21/2 cups cooked pulled beef
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 30 dill pickle chips (drained)
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 11/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally while keeping them connected.
  3. In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and three tablespoons melted butter. Spread half on the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Layer half of the Swiss cheese, then add chicken, pulled beef, pickles, and remaining cheese.
  5. In another bowl, combine five tablespoons melted butter with garlic, onion, poppy seeds, and sea salt. Brush this topping over the assembled sliders.
  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
