  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 2 cups bold apple vinegar
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • Fresh thyme
  • Bay leaves
  • 16 oz cremini mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a Dutch oven over medium-low heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy; set aside.
  3. Season beef with salt and pepper, then sear in batches until browned on all sides.
