  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken seasoned with garlic herb seasoning, salt, and pepper in olive oil over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes.
  2. While cooking the chicken, boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  3. Hollow out the kaiser rolls by slicing off the tops and gently removing the insides.
  4. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside the bread bowls.
  5. Toast the bowls at 375°F (190°C) for about 4-5 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Combine drained pasta with cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce; stir well.
  7. Fill each toasted roll with the chicken Alfredo mixture and top with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake again for another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
