  • 1 (3 oz) cherry vegan gelatin mix
  • 1 cup plus 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 8 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 lb vanilla almond bark
  • Optional: red and pink sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large zip-top bag, mix together the cheesecake pudding mix, cherry gelatin mix, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles. Set aside.
  3. Measure out the rice Chex cereal in a large bowl.
  4. Melt the almond bark in the microwave until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted almond bark over the cereal and stir until coated.
  6. Transfer the coated cereal into the zip-top bag and shake until evenly coated with the sugar mixture.
  7. Spread on the lined baking sheet and let it set for about 30 minutes.
