  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage (chopped)
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. While cooking, prepare the mushrooms and sage by slicing and chopping them.
