  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • 8 oz. brick-style cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. For the crisp topping, mix all-purpose flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter until crumbly; set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine diced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
