  • ¼ cup ice water

  • pomegranate arils (for serving)
  • toasted pepitas (for serving)
  • finely chopped fresh rosemary (for serving)
  • sliced apples (for serving)
  • sliced carrots (for serving)
  • pita chips (for serving)
  • root veggie chips (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, pumpkin purée, and garlic until combined.
  2. Add lemon juice, tahini, maple syrup, salt, cumin, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. With processor running, drizzle in olive oil and blend until creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Gradually add ice water until desired consistency is reached.
